On your RV travels, you will want to predominantly cook for yourself. Not only is it more cost effective, but it adds to your RV experiences.
Thus, having your pantry covered with essentials is a must.
To help you, we have included a checklist that you may want to print and keep on file. We have left a couple of lines for you to include that are specific to your household needs.
Fruits (whether fresh or frozen especially the ones you can use to make smoothies and are easy to grab and munch e.g., banana, apples, peaches etc)
Balsamic, pasta sauces (preferably in sachets), tomato/BBQ/ etc sauces, mustard, soy sauce, sweet chilli, mayonnaise, pesto, salt and pepper.
Choose your favourites. Our favourite is basic, thyme, oregano, smoked paprika, chilli, ground cumin, mushroom.
Vegetable, chicken and beef.
Choose your favourites. Ours is quality olive oil, vegetable and avocado.
Peanut butter, jams, honey and our favourite, vegemite.
Small boxes of your favourite variety, sachets of different flavoured oats
Take as many as you can. Remember you can always make your own damper
Biscuits/snacks and cakes
For morning and afternoon snacks
Wholemeal, almond, corn
Choose your favourite.
Tuna, beans (red kidney, chickpeas, mixed), tomato, beetroot etc
Baked beans, coconut milk. Small tins preferably to avoid having problems with storing them once open.
Chilli con carne, continental varieties, curry paste etc
Crushed garlic, ginger, marinated olives.
Tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, broccoli, Bok choy, carrots, baby spinach, lemons, peppers, potato, sweet potato, etc
Coffee, tea, sugar, herbal variety, milo, bottled water, juice, your alcoholic choices.
